What documents do I need to start selling?
You only need: (1) An active Mobile number & Email address, (2) Your business name & pickup address, (3) A bank account number with IFSC for receiving payouts. GSTIN is optional for local listings or required based on statutory sales tax rules.
When and how will I receive payments for my sales?
Payments for delivered orders are credited automatically to your registered bank account every 7 days (or immediately via NEFT/UPI once delivery is acknowledged by the customer).
How does shipping work?
You can either deliver locally or use our integrated courier pickup partners who pick up the packaged parcel directly from your doorstep and deliver it to the buyer anywhere in India.
